FIREARM RETURN POLICY

When you receive the firearm at the FFL, please inspect it thoroughly before accepting the transfer.
Returns are only eligible when the gun is returned in its original, unfired condition.
As a reminder, new guns are eligible for any applicable manufacturer’s warranties. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist.
Buyer has 15 days from delivery to your FFL to process a return and must contact QMarms@outlook.com to initiate.
There is a 10% restocking up to $100.

ALL OTHER RETURNS

Returns of any parts or components must be initiated within 15 days of receiving by contacting us at QMarms@outlook.com.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition.
Any items initiated for return between days 15-30 of receiving the item will receive store credit.
There is a 10% restocking fee up to $50.
